Tickets: $10, buy 1 bring a friend for free (housepours 1+1 till 10pm, if that matters).

Anyway..! on Friday 23rd of May, Mark, Tricia and I went down to support VJC at the arthouse... yea... VJC's play came in 3rd overall and our very own Andre was the best performer/actor.... :D

Here are the details for our annual 07A13 Class Chalet, 2008:

Location: Aloha Loyang (Pasir Ris, same vicinity as last year's)
Dates: 28-29 May

Due to excess demand, was unable to book one chalet consecutively for two nights. So I booked two separate chalets for two nights, and just shift in the second morning. Good news is the second night will be in a bungalow ie freaking big. BBQ night will be decided on projected attendance, check back later.

How to get there:
If you went for last year's chalet, it's in the same vicinity, just further in. Don't worry, it's also much bigger. Free shuttle bus from Pasir Ris MRT [schedule]. Alternatively, take bus 358 from Pasir Ris MRT and drop at Downtown East, then walk in [map].
I got Garden Terrace B for the first night and Garden Bungalow 5 for the second.

GARDEN TERRACE
Single storey unit, with sheltered pavilion around the BBQ ares, fully furbished with living room set with TV & games table; dining area;2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 6 single beds (2 single beds and 2 double-deck beds), wardrobe, dresser, bedside table & wall fan; 2 toilets / bath with shower heater; BBQ pit and a fully equipped kitchen.

Updates for seniors: A13 rocks. Although, the preservation of our class table has been a tough fight lately, what with all the ~~ignorant~~ ~~blind~~ new J1s ~~in their wannabe uniforms~~.

08A13 won best CT for cross country 08! We've a bunch of really fit people here. 07A13 got quite a few guys/girls in top 100 I think, and especially cool was how Jason and Syazana both got 33rd! (sadly missed the 'better' positions but very cool anyway)

Meanwhile, has there ever been a worse/best (depends on your perspective) record? On a normal day of lessons (granted, we were given off for GP and the HI department's so irritatingly belated at times), only 8 out of 18 people showed up. And that went down to 5 after PE, and 3 after Math.

Stop all the clocks, I need to study.

RJ is rough and unrefined. Believe me. I dearly hope VJ never meets them in the nationals because they don't deserve to touch our guys in a good tournament like this. I thought MI (in MI vs VJ) wasn't nice, but here, RJ was horrible. Such ruffian double-teaming, zero respect of bodies and much verbal abuse, even when unprovoked. *shudder* okay enough on them

Thursday's:

Justin doing a back-kick to the ball after a low corner kick. It was actually quite on target, which was a total cute moment (for the ball)
Hazreen's many valiant unsuccessful headers/other moves which prompted me to wonder if he was wearing his seeing aids.
Redzuan and Pakin (sp?)'s 'faceoff' before a free kick (I think). Gosh that was COMPLETELY HILARIOUS. Two skinny guys seperated by the width of a ball and the heights...The ball flew too high, unfortunately. But good one all the same.
